As previously reported, a man has claimed that he got assaulted by Pippen when he approached him for an autograph while he was dining out with friends at Nobu.

According to TMZ, sources close to Pippen said that the man was a drunk and overly aggressive fan who had been bothering Pippen all night. When one of Pippen’s friends went to the bathroom, the man sat in the guest’s place, continuing to bother Pippen. That is reportedly when the former NBA star asked the man to leave.

  • After eating his dinner, the source said that Pippen agreed to take a picture with the man outside of the restaurant, but the man continued to bother him. Pippen then refused and this is when the man called him the n-word, pushed him and then spit on him. The source said that Pippen lost it because the spit landed on his daughter.
  • The alleged victim had to be hospitalized with severe injuries to his head, face and back. Pippen has spoken to cops, but has not been arrested.  (Pulse of Radio)
