Vernita Harris has been named the first woman to chair the Greater Houston Black Chamber of Commerce in its 79 hear history. According to their bylaws, the next 6 years will keep women in the Chair seat:
Courtney Johnson Rose-Vice Chair, Joi Beasley-2nd Vice Chair. They will continue to push Advocacy, Access and Awareness.
