HOUSTON – An off-duty officer fired several gunshots toward a customer outside a restaurant to break up a dispute, a Houston Police Department lieutenant has confirmed with FOX 26 News.
The officer and his brother were eating inside the Denny’s restaurant on Gulf Freeway near Airport Boulevard when the officer’s brother and another customer began to argue around 3 a.m. Thursday, the HPD lieutenant told FOX 26.
