Source Los Angeles (CNN) — Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have signed a divorce settlement hammered out by their lawyers, the attorney for Holmes told CNN Monday.
While no details of their agreement are public, the former couple released a joint statement Monday saying they are “working together” in the “best interests” of their young daughter.
Holmes filed for divorce, seeking sole custody of the couple’s 6-year-old daughter, Suri, on June 28. She has been married to Cruise for five years. click here to read more
