As Houston is expected to be on the western periphery of Tropical Strom Isaac, there is rain that will be apart of the forecast for Monday.
Monday is expected to be another hot and muggy day in the Houston area with rain expected.
Monday’s lows are expected to be in the upper 70s with highs expected to top off in the lower 90s. There is also a 30 percent chance for rain.
Tropical Storm Isaac made landfall near the Florida Keys Sunday and it could strengthen into a dangerous hurricane by the time it starts hitting the northern portion of the Gulf Coast within the coming days of this week.
