If you have an outstanding traffic citation or other delinquent issue with the City of Houston’s Municipal Courts, now is the time to take care of it.
The 2013 amnesty program is underway and will be available on certain delinquent citations until midnight Saturday, February 9th. You can avoid some of the late fees and fines by taking care of those old citations that were delinquent on or before October 21, 2012.
And remember, if you don’t take advantage of the program now, you run the risk of being arrested in a warrant roundup later.
