A new survey from Match.com shows that single women use Facebook to research a partner before ever meeting them. Match.com surveyed over five-thousand people about their dating habits, and found that 48-percent of women say they research a partner on Facebook before a first date, and 27-percent of single men and 26-percent of single women said they have or would clean up their Facebook wall before accepting a friend request from a potential date. Forty-nine percent of single men said they think researching someone prior to a first date is unacceptable. (Mashable)
