A rare birth in Houston — or should say births. Tressa Montalvo delivered two sets of identical twins on Valentine’s Day at Woman’s Hospital. All four are boys.
Tressa and her husband Manuel did not use any fertility drugs. The odds of delivering two sets of identical twins naturally is one in 70 million.
Tressa says they used the A-B-C-D system for naming the boys.
