Beazell’s Shrimp & Crab Nachos

1 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb. crabmeat, cleaned & shell free
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
3/4 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 bag corn tortilla chips
2 – 3 cups grated pepper Jack cheese
1/2 cup pickled jalapeño, sliced

Heat olive oil. Add shrimp, cumin, and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning; sauté 3 – 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Add crab meat and cook an additional 2 – 3 minutes to blend flavors.

Combine cooked shrimp, crab, sour cream, and green onions in a large bowl.

Spread tortilla chips on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Top with shrimp/crab mixture. Sprinkle with cheese, and top with jalapeño.

Broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Enjoy!
