Jersey Shore will soon impose a $25 fine on young men who choose to walk around with their pants to the ground. After receiving numerous complaints from long time visitors, Wildwood passed a law banning overly saggy pants on Wednesday which will take effect July 2nd. Fines could reach as high as $200 and 40 hours of community service. Some say that the law is unconstitutional, and if challenged would not stand up in court.
