A man accused of setting fire to a shopping center in Montgomery County back in 2011 has turned himself into law enforcement.
Deputies say Jacob Van Orman left the scene after he and set fire to the Westwood shopping center. Fletcher was arrested right after it happened and has since pled guilty. Van Orman is awaiting trial.

Alicia Bell of the Woodlands is charged with arson for the fire at the home in the Birnham Woods Subdivsion.
