Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Kim Zolciak, beats her old cast mate Kandi Burruss…In court, that is.
According to Pulse of Radio,
Kandi Burruss has lost her lawsuit against Kim Zolciak over the 2009 song “Tardy for The Party.” As previously reported, Kandi– who was repped by Phaedra Parks, sued Kim, saying that Kim released and sold the song without her permission. Kim responded, saying that Kandi was using the suit as a publicity stunt to promote her new show.
According to TMZ, a judge officially ruled in Kim’s favor, reportedly on a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction.
