Katherine Jackson wants a new trial with AEG. According to TMZ,
Katherine has filed new legal docs, claiming that she didn’t didn’t get a fair chance with the first trial due to jury m misconduct, new evidence and general procedural errors.
A judge has yet to rule on Mrs. Jackson’s request.
