One of the largest jackpots will happen tonight. According to ABC News,
Right now, the jackpot is worth an estimated $636 million, lottery officials told ABC News. That up from this $586 million, which is where it was this morning.
If no one wins tonight, the jackpot for Friday’s drawing will begin at $800 million. If no one wins Friday, next Tuesday’s jackpot could reach $1 billion!
Tonight’s drawing does not exceed Mega Millions’ biggest prize. In 2012, a record $656 million was split three ways.
