Looks like Victoria Rowell and her second husband Radcliff Bailey have decided to hit the reset button after he served her divorce papers, ending their four year marriage. The 54-year-old actress known as Drucilla on The Young And The Restless fortunately did have a prenuptial agreement in place and couple do not have any children together.
