He’s known to be a very charitable person, but that’s not why he willing to foot the bill for a Pearland neighborhood (the whole neighborhood) to get a fence built around it. It’s so hard being a star! No, really I mean it. Traffic in Pearland is horrible in itself, so I can’t imagine just how frustrating it must be for Texans defensive JJ Watt to try to navigate through that and past the anxious fans wanting to snap a photo or just say hello. Pearland is home to many athletic celebrities, but for some reason Watt’s has gotten quite a bit of attention, in fact its so bad, he has now reached out to the Home Owners Association of his neighborhood, Shadow Creek Ranch to see if he can build a fence around the whole neighborhood!
