One of Harris County’s Assistant County Attorneys is navigating her way through the legal system after a run in with Tomball police.

According to court records, Susan Marie Sciacca is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after threatening a man with a gun on Friday.
Sciacca was arrested by Tomball Police, and booked into jail. Sciacca works as a lawyer for the Protective Services Family Division. KHOU-TV is reporting the incident was the result of a road rage incident, where Sciacca was reportedly cut off in traffic.
