Michael Jackson has a new album dropping tomorrow called Xscape. But it seems that even in his death he can’t escape accusations of child molestation. There have been several allegations against the late pop star since the 1980’s, some resulting in out of court settlements and an acquittal in 2005. According to The Daily Beast, new charges have been filed as late as last Friday, this time by James Safechuck, now 30 years old, who appeared in Michael Jackson’s Pepsi commercial in 1987.
