(HOUSTON) — A family is demanding justice for what they call excessive police force.
In April, 21-year-old Joseph Roberts was a passenger in a vehicle involved in a police chase. When the car crashed, Roberts allegedly got out and raised his hands.
According to community activists, a Houston police vehicle ran over and crushed him.
