(HOUSTON) — Houston, you can now begin salivating. Houston Restaurant Weeks just released its preliminary list of participating restaurants for 2014.

It’s a bit of tease because HRW doesn’t officially begin until August 1. But during this month-long event, 100 percent of the donations raised from participating restaurants in Harris, Galveston and Montgomery Counties will go directly to their local area food banks.

The Latest News Headlines, Traffic and Weather:

The Galveston County Food Bank and Montgomery County Food Bank are part of the Houston Food Bank‘s Partner Distribution Organizations, which means Houston provides food to these smaller banks. They, in turn, distribute the food to hunger relief charities in a portion of the Houston Food Bank service area.

How do you participate? Browse the menus, decide where you would like to dine, make your reservations with the restaurant (and be sure to tell them you want the Houston Restaurant Weeks special menu), and then the restaurant will make a donation from the proceeds of your meal.

It’s a delicious month for a deliciously good cause.

Here is the preliminary list of 2014 HRW restaurants:
