Today is World AIDS Day, a day of awareness of HIV/AIDS which in this day and time with new medicines and treatments, is a manageable disease. However, there is still no cure. Several of your favorite celebrities lend their fame, time and money to causes that support awareness and research. Just to name a few, Common is the spokesperson for the Knowing Is Beautiful campaign. Alicia Keys launched the successful Digital Death campaign back in 2010 that raised $1 million.
