According to Eurweb.com Browns general manager, Ray Farmer has been suspended without pay for the first four games of next season for sending texts to personnel during games in 2014 season. And the Browns was also fined $250,000. Wow and I was complaining about my data rates being to high. $250,000 for a few texts thats crazy! Do you think the Browns should of been fined.
