Ebony Magazine has created an online curated collection that holds 5 million images of what could be called the epitome of the black experience since 1942, including photographs of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr., singer Billie Holiday and boxer Muhammad Ali. Linda Johnson-Rice, the Chairman of Johnson Publishing Company talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about the importance of supporting black businesses.
“So for the past 70 years we’ve chronicled everything from African American’s that were of importance. They’re available in print from $39.99 to $200 and we’ll deliver them to you,” Johnson-Rice said.
