The Martin Luther King Jr. Day, brings about many ceremonies of celebration and recognition. The Black Heritage Society had their Martin Luther King Jr. Day Mountaintop Gala and The People’s Station, Majic 102.1 plus The Sweet-talker Kandi Eastman were privileged to attend the event. The evening highlighted young ladies who have excelled academically and are making a difference in their respective communities. There were other guests of honor and plenty of praise for all their efforts in the classroom and community.
