Houston to Host Super Bowl LI in 2017

In the fourth largest city of Houston, Texas there is no doubt that football is a sport deeply rooted in the fabric of our communities.  We have one of the loudest, most dedicated and well-traveled fan bases, in the National Football League©, right here for our own Houston Texans.  So, we really need no boost for football enthusiasm in the place also known as, “Space City”.  But, you can be sure that’s exactly what Houston will get by playing host to the 2017 Super Bowl© LI.  Super Bowl LI will be the third Super Bowl© held in Houston and the second one played in NRG Stadium. On February 11th, 2016 at NRG Stadium the Houston Super Bowl Host Committee along with Houston’s Mayor, Sylvester Turner and Houston Texans’ owner, Bob McNair, the first of four official 2017 Super Bowl© LI Countdown Clocks was unveiled.  With the prospect of the millions of dollars to be spent in and made by the city, the Super Bowl© buzz is sure to be prevalent until this time again next year.
