Drivers in Houston got a free show from around 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, as official reports indicate a woman managed to climb on top of a truck and strip off all her clothes in an unplanned exhibition. Her scene resulted in a three-car pile up and stalled traffic as far as the eye could see.
