According The Daily Mail,

While many people like music, some people genuinely do not, and a new study sheds some light on why that is. Researchers from Ars Technica scanned the brains of people who dislike music and found they had lower blood flow in the brain’s reward networks when exposed to music. This suggests they may have less functional connectivity between the auditory processing and reward centers of the brain. Participants who experienced the most pleasure from listening to music were found to have enhanced connectivity between these parts of the brain.

WOW!  I feel sorry for them.
