Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hit musical Hamilton broke Broadway records again, raking in $3.3 million for eight shows one week after the Vice President-elect Mike Pence was booed by audience members.
The incident gained national attention after President-elect Donald Trump chastised the audience and cast (actor Brandon Victor Dixon addressed Pence during the curtain call) for “harassing” Pence.
