Bill Cosby is hoping a plea deal will get him out of prison time and avoiding a trial for alleged sex crimes, according to widely circulated reports. A Pennsylvania judge recently ruled the testimony in a 2005 civil lawsuit, in which he copped to giving women drugs before having sex with them, is admissible, which inspired this latest tactic. Cosby has been charged with three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault in a 2004 incident, and he has been accused of drugging and raping more than 50 women. The criminal trial is scheduled to begin in June.
This man is old. Let him have the plea deal.
