3 cucumbers, peeled & sliced

2 tomatoes

2 onions, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup of whole pitted black olives, drained

1/2 cup of mild banana pepper rings, drained

Lots of feta cheese


1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon of Greek seasoning (I use this one)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon of lemon juice
