To keep your brain healthy, sweat in a sauna.  According to FOX News a new study finds,

Researchers from the University of Eastern Finland followed 2,300 middle-aged Finnish men for more than 20 years. They found men who went to the sauna four to seven times a week were 66 percent less likely to be diagnosed with dementia, and 65 percent less likely with Alzheimer’s disease, than those taking a sauna once a week. Jari Laukkanen, senior researcher and a professor of clinical medicine at the University of Eastern Finland says even when controlling for other factors such as physical activity level and income, sauna use had an independent effect. It’s possible that using saunas may lower blood pressure due to their relaxing nature. He also noted that the study only indicated an association between the sauna and memory diseases, and the findings would have to be fleshed out through more research.

Guess I’ll be hitting the sun more. lol
