45’s first budget is being unveiled today (March 16th), and according to CNN it includes,

Significant increases in military spending as well as money allocated as a down payment for a wall on the border with Mexico, along with big spending cuts elsewhere. More than a dozen departments will be hit by cuts in the $1.15 trillion dollar budget, including the State Department and the Environmental Protection Agency, while a $54 billion boost for the military would be the largest since the 1980s. The National Institutes of Health would absorb cuts and the National Endowment for the Arts, legal aid for the poor, low-income heating assistance and the AmeriCorps national service program would all be eliminated. The budget — titled “America First: A Budget Blueprint to Make America Great Again” — is just the first step in the long budget process, with Congress having a big say and opposition to some parts of it expected not just from Democrats, but from some Republicans too.

Sounds like he’s saying ‘prepare for war.’  We better get ready.
