Beyonce is in talks to appear in and produce the soundtrack to the remake of The Lion King. According to The Jasmine Brand via a fan website, plans are in place to confirm Bey’s involvement in the reboot, in addition to producing the film’s soundtrack. The site said,
“Beyonce is currently in final negotiations to play Nala in Disney’s upcoming live action reboot of Lion King! Disney has reportedly agreed to pay a whooping $25 million to secure Beyonce’s involvement with the project.”
