Yara Shahidi’s spinoff of Black-ish is titled Grown-ish, after originally being titled College-ish. According to BlackTree TV, Kenya Barris — the creator of both Black-ish and Grown-ish, explained,
“It’s now called Grown-ish. We start the writers room Monday. Me and Yara have been in casting, looking for the best, brightest and newest faces. We have some people that we’re really excited about.”
Can’t wait for this one. No word yet on when the show will premiere.
