Sleeping less than six hours a night is really bad for you. How bad? As bad as binge drinking, a new study finds. According to National Sleep Foundation,

Sleep deprivation is known to cause short-term harm, such as a low attention span and an inability to focus. But the new study from the health company Medisys found that sleep deprivation also has severe cumulative health effects. It is linked to an increased risk of obesity, depression, heart attacks and strokes.
