scallions, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 teaspoons of Peach Ciroc
1 cup of BBQ sauce
2 cups of fresh peach slices
the flesh of 1 peach
1 tablespoon of brown sugar (not shown on video)
salt & pepper to taste
