Anyone who recalls the days when she was down on ‘21 Jump Street,‘ solving minor youth-based crimes with the likes of Johnny Depp and Richard Grieco (whatever happened to that guy?) will remember one thing about Holly Robinson Peete.

Her timeless beauty.

Even back when she was playing a slightly gawky teenager, Peete had glowing skin, a slender physique, and oddles and oodles of gorgeous curly hair. And decades later, not much has changed.

Peete got off ‘Jump Street’ eons ago and moved on to a career as an author, activist and philanthropist. Her HollyRod Foundation offers help and hope for those who are dealing with diseases and disorders that diminish the quality of life. HollyRod4Kids is an offshoot organization that raises funds for kids with autism – a disorder that Holly Robinson Peete knows much about, as her eldest son has been diagnosed with it.

Holly recently came a close second to Brett Michaels in Donald Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice, but to fans who have grown up watching her — she remains number one.

Because of her charm, grace and ceaseless efforts to do good, she has been selected by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) as the 2010 PBA Beautiful Humanitarian Award recipient. On June 18th, Peete was presented with this esteemed award at the 21st annual North American Hairstyling Awards in Las Vegas. Not too shabby!

Congrats to Holly Robinson Peete!
