DEAR TOM,
My mom works at N.A.S.A. and has taken me to see not one, but two Space Shuttle launches! She works in the Space Launch System offices and on weekends, she is a Minister at the Simply Amazing Ministries and is an awesome leader in the community encouraging youths to live up to our God given potentials.
She has raised us all by herself – my sister Tanesha (who is 20) and I just turned 21. She goes and works a full day then goes to class in the evening four nights a week and we all stay up late doing our homework together. Needless to say, she’s old-school…and so is her laptop.
It keeps crashing and she really needs one for school as well as for her day-to-day activities – like listening to the TJMS online. There is a computer I.T. guy who lives across the street that keeps helping her out with her laptop but I think it’s time for a new one.
Her birthday was this past Sunday, but she was out with the flu and didn’t get to celebrate…I know she could use a new laptop.
Signed,
Terry
