New research published in the British Medical Journal finds that people who drank a daily dose of caffeine were 63-percent less likely to crash their vehicles than non-caffeinated drivers.  Experts say it only takes ten minutes for the body to feel the effects of caffeine.  So if you’re going to be driving it’s never a bad idea to drink some tea, coffee, or an energy drink to give yourself a caffeine boost and help you focus.  (Men’s Health)
