The president is not too happy the problems on HealtCare.gov.  According to Pulse of Radio,

In his most extensive comments to date about the significant problems there have been with the federal website for people to sign up for the Affordable Care Act’s health exchanges since it went live three weeks ago, President Obama said yesterday (October 21st) that there was, quote, “no excuse” for it, but said he was confident the problems would be fixed. He said, “There’s no sugarcoating it. The website has been too slow, people have been getting stuck during the application process. And I think it’s fair to say that nobody’s more frustrated by that than I am.”

Reports are also saying that Verizon’s Enterprise Solutions division has been asked by the Department of Health and Human Services to improve the performance of the HealthCare.gov site.
