Now this is messed up. According to TMZ,
AEG has asked Katherine Jackson to pay more than $1.2 million in cost associated with the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial. Katherine has filed court docs, saying that the expenses are bogus, including: $540,000 in models and blow-up court exhibits, $20,000 for 1,000 pages of jury instruction paper and other stuff, $53,000 for process servers and $118,000 unnecessary depositions. They even asked her to pay $9 in parking fees for court reporters to show up for the trial. A judge hasn’t decided if Katherine will have to pay.
Really hope Mrs. Jackson wins this one because this is just ridiculous.
