You must make sure you read the fine print , Capital One’s rules state that a customer can be contacted by mail, phone even by “personal visit at your home or at your place of employment. You can relax the bank said they have the right but they wont be knocking at anyone’s door or showing up at there place of employment. The rules that are sent to cardholders are the same as those sent to anyone who buys sports vehicles, such as jet skis or snow mobiles ect through a loan from there bank. If those buyers don’t pay off their loans, Capital One said the last resort is going to a customer’s home after appropriate notification if it becomes necessary to repossess the sports vehicle.
