That’s when the first incident reportedly took place.

According to police, the maintenance man went to the woman’s home and then asked her, “Do you want to have sex?” She said no, and the man left.

The woman told police the maintenance worker returned — unannounced — a couple of weeks later. When she cracked the door, he allegedly forced his way in and attempted to sexually assault her. Police said she threatened to scream, and he stopped.

As he was leaving, he reportedly threatened to report her to immigration if she told anyone. She reported it to the landlord, who told her to call police.

Once the case is reviewed, the man will be brought in for questioning.
