Health Tips: This Is What Happens to Your Body If You Drink Lemon Water
Each morning when I drop my two year old off for breakfast at his new school, I noticed that the first thing the cafeteria attendant hands him is a shot cup of water. It didn’t register to me at first, but I am now realizing how responsible and health conscience my sons school really is. I read a post on instagram a few days ago that shared how drinking water at the correct time of the day maximizes it’s effectiveness on the human body. It was really good information that I wanted to share, as water is so necessary for our bodies to function properly.
I found it amazing how two glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs, how one glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion. The post also shared that one glass of water before taking a bath or shower helps lower blood pressure and how one glass before going to bed helps avoid stroke or heart attack. The water the day care gives my son really makes sense now. When we wake up in the morning, our bodies are awaken from not only a food fast, but our bodily tissues are dehydrated and in need of water to push out toxins and rejuvenate the cells. This really makes me value and appreciate that tuition payment a bit more. There’s much to be appreciated about good ole H20.
