  • 2 carrots, shredded

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon hot chile paste

  • 1 head iceberg or romain  lettuce leaves, separated
