- 1 (6-ounce) bag baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 French baguette, split lengthwise
- Tempura Beer Battered Crawfish
