CRAWFISH BAKED POTATO

  • ½ cup diced yellow onions
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons diced green onion tops

  • Dash of hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound Louisiana crawfish tails
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
