Tracee Ellis Ross already resembles her mother, so why not recreate some of her music via video, right? That’s exactly what T-Murda did! She remade her mom’s 1981 video for “Work That Body.” It’s a hilarious blast to the past, to the days when high cut body suits ruled the gym, and Jane Fonda was queen of workout DVD’s! Here’s a statement from Ross about her intentions:

I recreated my Mom’s Work That Body video from 1981 as a fun experiment and a surprise for my mama! And ODE to her! While she has so, so many incredible moments to choose from, this one had an impact on me. To find out why, visit www.TraceeEllisRoss.com or click the link in the bio! Hope you have as much fun watching it as I did recreating it!

How sick was that? And…how much were you inspired to get on a meal plan, and hit the gym?

You can join in on the fun even more on social media using the hashtag, #WorkThatBody2015.
