Know your limits. It’s important to keep your feelings in focus. Examine how you feel. Worked hard to get a promotion someone else got instead? Hate your boyfriend’s ex because she’s gorgeous? Sick of hearing about all the money your cousin makes? There are a ton of reasons for jealousy but if you know yourself, you can do some damage control.

If you’re happy with you, continue to dwell on that. Try not to let other people control your emotions.
