Usher is set to release his eighth studio album Hard II Love next month. According to HHNM, The album is already available for pre order in New Zealand and will arrive on September 16th. Also, Usher is starring as Sugar Ray Leonard in Hands of Stone, which is out in theaters today. (August 26th)
